HR Associate

• Process payroll and benefits for employees, admins, and doctors.
• Ensure accurate deductions for taxes, retirement, and insurance.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure legal compliance.
• Develop and maintain a salary matrix aligned with job roles and company strategy.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure job descriptions match salary levels and regularly update the salary matrix to remain competitive and equitable.
• Implement salary adjustments based on performance and market conditions.
• Conduct audits for payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Processing of regularization and performance appraisal of employees.
• Creation of reports related to Total Rewards and Payroll with coordination with Finance and Accounting.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Human Resources Head and Human Resources Associate Manager.
