Job Description
- Reports new hires to SSS, HDMF, and BIR, including TIN generation.
- Processes employee benefit claims with SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF.
- Assists employees with SSS and HDMF loan applications.
- Coordinates with DOLE, SBMA departments, TESDA, and other government agencies.
- Verifies government remittances and monitors employee loans.
- Prepares and renews SBMA employee gate pass documentation.
- Encodes, updates, and maintains employee records and HR databases (Apollo People, Google Workforce Profile, Excel masterlists).
- Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR Supervisor/Manager.
- Receives employee complaints and grievances and refers them to management.
- Addresses employee inquiries on HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Coordinates HR activities, meetings, trainings, and surveys; prepares minutes.
