Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for tech and non-tech roles
• Support onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation
• Help maintain candidate databases and update hiring trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations
