Our Client, a Power And Energy company, is looking for a HR Associate for their St. Louis, MO/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ The HR Associate (HRA) on the Talent Enablement & Recruitment (TE&R) team plays an essential role in creating a superior candidate experience alongside our Recruiters, Workforce Development team and hiring teams.
+ The core function of the HRA is providing administrative support associated with specified tasks in the full-cycle hiring process for external candidates.
+ This includes providing efficient and accurate scheduling support and consistent, professional communication and follow up.
+ The HRA represents the Client Recruiting organization to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality work.
