1. Assist in the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions

3. Maintain employee records and update HR systems as needed
4. Organise and facilitate training and development programs for employees
5. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
