Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time HR & Benefits Administrator to join our fast-growing and dynamic healthcare staffing team You will support Coast travelers and corporate employees in making Coast an even better place to work, including facilitating onboarding and ongoing team member engagement efforts.
The HR & Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing all employee documentation, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and state notice processing to ensure payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
This role is critical in maintaining a clean and compliant employee lifecycle from onboarding through termination, while allowing the Controller to focus on strategic finance functions.
