Job Description

THE ORGANISATION 

We are partnering with financial services organisation to find an experienced Senior HR Business Analyst to support key initiatives across the People & Culture function. This role plays a critical part in enabling P&C to operate at scale, strengthening compliance, and supporting future business growth.

Please note this is a 9 month FTC. 

THE ROLE 

You’ll work across process improvement and project delivery, partnering closely with P&C leaders and broader stakeholder groups. The role is responsible for analysing and documenting existing People & Culture processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and redesign workflows to improve compliance, productivity and user experience.
