HR Business Manager

Role:

• You establish a very close and trustful relationship with the local leaders in order to drive people topics such as retention, ER, compensation, career & development, feedback cycles and performance management
• You work closely with The KPI’s of the designated business units
• Together with the Country HR Team, you break down our Global HR Strategy to country-specific needs and regulations
• You handle ER cases including but not limited to labour law issues, complaints, performance issues and disciplinary proceedings in a confident and result-oriented manner according to local conditions in the designated area AMS Region (USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil)
• You do not shy away from disputes but can proactively offer customer-oriented solutions that are in line with the principles of our HR Strategy
• You act as coach for our leaders, guiding them through complex people topics in our fast-pace...
