Key Responsibilities: Support in facilitating the Total Employee Experience by providing guidance to managers and employees to drive performance and engagement. Partners with HR Operations and Solutions teams to deliver HR programs that address business needs Works with HRBPs and People Managers on all aspects on all HR aspects. Helps the HRBP Manager in managing the function for an entity/unity. Provides consultation to people on Talent, Performance and Competency Management topics.
