Job Description

As a Strategic HR Business Partner with the HR Canada team, you will partner with business leadership teams to identify needs and facilitate people‑management initiatives that develop their teams in alignment with business strategy. You will engage in daily HR activities including employee relations, performance management, interpersonal development, employee engagement, and central initiatives.

• Collaborate and support business leadership and the broader HR team to implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results.
