HR Business Partner (6 months/PHARMA MNC) - West/up to $10k #HAO

Location: Tuas (company bus islandwide pickup)

• Partner closely with business leaders and line managers to provide HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, manpower movements, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational development activities.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and employee relations issues.
• Coach managers on performance management, communication approaches, and conflict resolution.

• Manage and support employee grievance investigations, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
