HR Business Partner, 6mth Contract

HR Operations & Employee Support

• Handle employee enquiries related to pay, leave, benefits, medical claims, and HR policies.
• Administer HR documentation, maintain employee records, and support general HR administration.

Data Management & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain HR reports including headcount, training reports, attrition data, employee survey summaries, and other management reports.
• Extensively manipulate and analyse data using Excel, including data extraction, cleaning, massaging, and consolidation to support HR leadership.
