HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at IQVIA, you will strengthen the technical, operational and compliance-driven side of HR within a complex, international matrix organisation. This role is ideal for an HR professional who combines strong Dutch employment law expertise with a structured, data-driven mindset.

**Your Impact**

+ Act as a trusted HR advisor on employee relations, sick leave management, performance management and talent topics, with a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation
+ Safeguard compliance with Dutch employment and social legislation (incl. WvP, WAZO, WAB, immigration law)
+ Drive HR operational excellence by improving processes, using HR data and ensuring adherence to global and local policies
+ Lead and contribute to local and global HR projects, including legislation updates, HRIS (Workday) implementations and M&A integrations
+ Manage complex employee relations cases and engage professionally with Works Councils on statutory processes...
