Job Description

As HR Business Partner you will play a key role in delivering the HR Business Plan while supporting the InfraBuild Manufacturing business. .


This role provides proactive, hands-on HR generalist advice to leaders, with a strong focus on employee and industrial relations support, and equips managers with the tools, insights and guidance needed to effectively lead their teams.


Based in Western Melbourne and reporting to the National HR Manager, the role works closely with local business leaders and collaborates with the broader HR community to deliver consistent, timely and practical people solutions aligned to business objectives.

You will be required to:

  • Partner with leaders and employees to deliver practical, operational HR advice and act as a trusted advisor on policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
