Creatus Corp are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to take ownership of all people matters across the business, ranging from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, employee performance and learning and development. Our operations are on Rama3 and with over 100 employees, we are looking for an experienced operational and strategic Human Resources Manager who demonstrates sound relationship management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Managers in relation to all people matters across the full employee lifecycle including training and development, performance management, workplace culture and engagement activities
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring all necessary aspects of employee development (e.g. performance reviews)
  • Partner with Managers and the Safety team to provide first class injury management support for employees
