HR Business Partner

We are now looking for an **HR Business Partner** for a temporal substitution, starting preferably in May 2025. In this role you will support the Itslearning organization as part of our Sanoma Learning organization. Your location will be Norway, Bergen, from where you will also support Itslearning Germany, Itslearning UK, Itslearning Denmark, Sweden and Finland. This temporary assignment is for a 6-months with a possibility to extend.
**About the role**
As an HR Business Partner, you translate our business needs into concrete HR plans and actions in our Itslearning entities. You work close to business and are part of the Itslearning Management team. You play an important role by making sure that our people are in the right place, our working culture flourishes and our leaders are capable to lead, motivate and engage people to achieve common goals.
