HR Business Partner - Bleiswijk

Exciting opportunity to join our site in Bleiswijk, The Netherlands, we are currently recruiting for a part-time HR Business Partner .

The role is standalone on site, with a focused around empathy, strong communication skills with the ability to lead HR from the front, you will report to the HR Manager.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, speaking and written
• Clear understanding of Dutch labour laws and legislations
• Minimum 5 years’ experience is required as a HR professional
• Bachelors in HR
• Strong Excel expertise, protime, visma experience is beneficial
• Experienced in Gatekeeper Improvement Act
• Flexible on hours 24 – 28 hours
