**Job Description:**

We are searching for a colleague to join our **Envista Orthodontics HR Team** to execute people strategy within our Design and Commercial team based mostly in Madrid. HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. In addition, the HR Business Partner may take a leading role in responsibilities including but not limited to employee relations, works council relations (if required), on-boarding and exit processes, training and development, compensation and benefits administration and talent acquisition.
