Roles and Responsibility
• Meeting set KPIs for HR Services
• Manage full spectrum of HR operations
• Participate in process improvements initiatives
• Being the single point of contact for all Mindteck Malaysia employees and coordinate with internal stakeholders to get matters sorted
• Develop good rapport and strong relationship with employees, connect regularly to understand their engagement with current role
• Onboarding and induction of new hires
• Provide support, guidance and recommendations to the business managers based on feedback from employees
• Manage employee grievances and handle mediations when conflict arises
• Enhance the performance management system by reviewing and improving existing system and processes
