Eden Rose is currently partnering with a growing international professional services business to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Dubai, UAE with ad hoc travel to UK.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a broad and commercially focused HR role supporting operations across the UAE, UK and US. The successful candidate will combine strategic business partnering with hands‑on operational delivery, working closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, performance and culture, while overseeing employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination and the full employee lifecycle.
