Job Description
Building relationships with internal stakeholders and leaders to proactively address people implications and future business needs
Manage HR related projects
Advise business on HR Analytics and trends
Support the business with IR cases
Drive Talent Management processes and talent management teams
Consult with Hiring Managers on all HR Practices
Minimum Requirements
Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology or similar
Minimum 5 Years experience as an HR Business Partner in Financial Services
Advanced Computer and communication skills
Full HR Generalist experience is non negotiable
