Job Description

Steer HR initiatives at Johnson Controls as a Business Partner focused on our smart building projects in Alberta. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for delivering HR services to our manufacturing teams in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and Nisku. This includes managing labor relations, recruitment, and policy adherence in alignment with legal requirements. As a key advisor, you will support departmental managers and oversee talent development and organizational effectiveness.
