HR Business Partner

About the Role

The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR partnership to assigned departments, guiding stakeholders and ensuring the effective delivery of people initiatives. This role leads the coordination of HR services and programs, facilitating key processes across the employee lifecycle and co-leading projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience

Main Responsibilities

1. Act as HRBP for assigned departments, providing advisory on HR matters and coordinating with COEs to resolve complex issues and ensure consistent application of policies.
2. Coordinate workforce planning activities, analyzing trends, supporting resource allocation, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring needs.
3. Support with organizational design and change initiatives
