We are looking for an HR Business Partner – Integration & Change Management at ABB Oy, Distribution Solutions Division.

In this role, you will develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes and drive organizational change during company integration, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations. This role combines HRBP responsibilities with strategic change management leadership for the successful integration of an acquired company and subsequent ongoing HR partnership.
