A luxury hospitality collection is looking for an HR BUSINESS PARTNER to join their team
The Human Resources Business Partner – Group HR is a full HR lifecycle business partner role with a dual mandate: to act as the HR Business Partner for Support Office employees and to support, enable, and strengthen Property HR teams through group-level guidance, data oversight, and consistent people practices.
The role brings strong capability in payroll coordination, workforce data, employment equity reporting, and legislative compliance, while partnering closely with leaders and HR colleagues to ensure people decisions are people-centered, data-informed, and legally sound across the Group.
