Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

1. Partner with Operations and Business Leaders to support organizational objectives and service delivery goals
2. Translate business needs into HR strategies and actionable people initiatives
3. Provide data-driven HR insights (attrition, absenteeism, engagement, productivity)

Employee Relations & Engagement

1. Manage employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
2. Promote a positive employee experience in a high-volume, shift-based environment

Talent Management

1. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews
2. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring forecasts and staffing plans
3. Coach leaders on performance management, career development, and coaching conversations
