Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Developing and executing HR strategies that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Identifying gaps and promoting OKRs to achieve the department goals and contribute to the company’s vision.
• Talent Management: Overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
