HR Business Partner Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HRBP Manager to join one of our global shipping clients. Reporting to the Head of HR, he/she will focus oin strengthening HR operational frameworks across Singapore and overseas offices, while contributing to HR initiatives and projects across regional offices. This role will assume oversight of the HR Business Partnering function for Asia offices, leading the Asia HR Business Partnering team in driving HR operational governance and regional coordination, and work closely with the corresponding HRBP lead for Europe to ensure consistent HR policies, standards, and practices across regions. The role will also support overseas office expansion initiatives and ensure consistent HR practices across jurisdictions where required.
