We’re partnering with a Leading Global Manufacturing Organisation undergoing significant transformation across its Australian operations. This is a key HR Business Partner role supporting a Senior Operations leader and will suit an experienced HRBP with strong employee relations capability and experience partnering closely with operational teams

You’ll act as a true business partner to manufacturing leadership, owning complex employee relations matters and playing a key role in shaping the future people structure across supply operations.
