Your Job

As the HR Business Partner for a manufacturing plant in Poland, you will apply Principle Based Management (PBM) to help leaders and employees maximize their contributions. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive talent acquisition and development, ensure effective personnel administration, and maintain full compliance with Polish labor law, local policies, and corporate guidelines - while fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, accountability, and continuous improvement.
