HR Business Partner

**Job Description:**

**Alpha‑Bio Tec is seeking a motivated, proactive, and people‑oriented Junior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis as maternity leave coverage.**

In this role, you will support day‑to‑day HR partnership for assigned business units, work closely with employees and managers, and gain hands‑on experience across core HR processes within a global medical device company.

+ Provide end‑to‑end HR support to assigned business units across the full employee lifecycle
+ Manage employee lifecycle processes, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates
+ Support and coordinate recruitment processes across departments (Production, Operations, Quality, R&D, etc.) in collaboration with hiring managers
+ Support the implementation of global HR processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, and career development initiatives
