HR Business Partner

This construction company is looking for a person who will ensure the smooth running of everything related to human resources on its sites. You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational advice to all managers while supporting and guiding project and construction employees working on the assigned project area. You will be required to travel to different construction sites in Montreal, 4 days a week, and will be able to work from home one day a week. You must have access to a car for these trips.

You will also be called upon to advise, support, accompany and guide managers in the context of various situations affecting the management of their human resources. The goal is to be a key and trusted partner in supporting the efficiency of operations.
