**HR Business Partner - Operations**
- This position will support plant sites in Moss Point, Pascagoula & Gulfport, MS._
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who is interested in being the focal HR partner for several generating facilities. You will have the opportunity to become a trusted strategist and an integral resource to employees at all levels. You will have direct access to plant leadership and the instant ability to impact our people strategy. This is a role that will allow you to have real influence.
This is an on-site HR role that requires visibility with our site employees who are on-site ensuring we produce the energy to power our communities. As such there is limited flexibility in terms of work location, this role is ideally suited to someone who values developing relationships and connecting with their colleagues on a daily basis. The position will support 3 plant sites and require some day travel:
