HR Business Partner

We are seeking an HR professional to join Bittium as an HR Business Partner .

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership within one of our business segments, shaping people‑related decisions and driving strategic HR initiatives that support business performance and long‑term growth.

You will also play a key role in developing and harmonizing Group‑level HRD practices, contributing to organizational capability building, leadership development, and the evolution of our people processes.

What we expect from you

• Relevant experience in diverse and responsible HR tasks; prior HR Business Partner experience is an advantage
• Experience in HRD, talent management, and recruitment
• Strong skills in employment relationship matters, including labour legislation and collective agreements (experience in the technology/IT sector is a plus)
