Job description:

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will be a part of one of the leading electronics manufacturing companies worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to the Leadership Team in terms of Succession Planning, Talent Identification, development and Retention, Recruitment and Selection, Workforce Planning and Organizational Efficiency, Employee Engagement
• Monitor and support HRBPs' experience and engagement in the region through career development reviews, Employee survey analysis, and other activities
• Through workforce analysis, identify regional trends, issues and opportunities. Keep abreast with the market and economic, and competitor updates including membership in HR communities and networking
• Oversee strategy and execution and delivery of an integrated HR offer across multiple locations to build Management capability
