Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The HR Business Partner will focus on establishing strategic relationship with the managers, supervisors and other leaders and key stakeholders to ensure that all goals are aligned to the mission and vision of Cynet Health Philippines. He/she will function as a culture ambassador, initiator and consultant on specific areas of but not limited to Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Employee & Labor Relations, Business Partnering, HR Data Analytics, HR Information System (HRIS), Regulatory Compliance, Benefits, Performance Management, Implementation of Company Policies, Rules and Procedures and other critical facets of HR.

A. Knowledge
The HR Business Partner must be knowledgeable of the following:
The relevant provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines, its Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR), the issuances and orders of the Department of Labor & Employment and the Philippine Data Privacy Act;
