Duties & Responsibilities
Streamline talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Develop and implement employee onboarding and induction programs
Facilitate performance management processes, including improvement plans and reviews
Employee engagement and retention, including recognition and reward initiatives
Manage labour relations and union interactions, including compliance with collective bargaining agreements
Point of contact for employee relations, including grievances, disputes and conflict resolution
Coordinate training and development initiatives
