HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor to our Singapore country leaders and aligned APAC Regional leaders on all people-related matters.

This role will drive high-impact initiatives to deliver on our One Liberty strategy in Singapore and the broader APAC Region– Bringing leaders and teams together to drive a unified culture and organization.

The HRBP will translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives, lead complex employee relations cases, and own building the HR related board materials.

This role requires exceptional influencing skills, strong experience in employee relations, sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and industrial relations, and demonstrated experience preparing and presenting HR items to Boards and executive audiences.
