HR Business Partner

Has a min of 12 years of HR Business Partner, HR generalist with some HR operations background gained in a medium sized MNC environment with matrix structure.
Familiarity with development finance/infrastructure development and investment sector is advantageous (though not a must). HR exp gained in a management consulting or professional service sector will also be useful.
An understanding of the employment laws in Singapore, knowledge across South Asia/ Southeast Asia is advantageous. Some exposure to HRIS will be useful
