HR Business Partner

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Be the first HR contact for employees, leaders and managers and provides counseling and solution for them in line with business needs
+ Drives and supports HR & management processes and tools (performance review, organization review, telent review, people development, employee opinion survey etc.) across the organization
+ Develops leadership skills; provides coaching and facilitation support to leaders
+ Drives recruitment process by understanding business needs in the delegated business units
+ Takes part in entry and exit process (offers, job descriptions,exit interviews)
+ Initiates further developments in HR processes & practices
+ Supports local social events and initiatives
