About the Role: The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees, aligning people strategies with unit goals. The role provides proactive guidance on HR processes and policies, ensures fair and consistent application of company procedures, drives engagement and performance, and safeguards compliance with employer obligations.
