HR Business Partner - TH Customer Development

Main Purpose of the Role


Partner with the Customer Development (CD) Leadership Team to translate commercial priorities into people, organisation and culture plans. Enable a high‑performance environment by strengthening capability, leadership effectiveness, organisation design and ways of working. Deliver HR interventions that directly accelerate Customer Development’s business outcomes.


Key Accountabilities

1. Strategic People Partnering
+ Partner with CD Leadership to shape and execute the people & organisation agenda aligned with business priorities.
+ Use data-driven insights to diagnose organisation and capability gaps and recommend interventions.
+ Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, capability needs and future-fit organisation design.


2. Talent, Capability & Leadership Development
+ Lead the full talent cycle for CD: talent reviews, succession planning, career pathways and movement.
