Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports leaders and teams within SickKids by providing operational and strategic people‑strategy advice aligned with business objectives. The role collaborates closely with workforce partners and leaders to address complex talent challenges and improve organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational and strategic objectives of the Hospital through the provision of best‑practice human‑resources advice.
• Provide guidance, advisory and consultative services to the assigned portfolio, supporting decision‑making with advice and solutions tailored to current and future business needs.
• Assist in aligning human‑resources strategy with business priorities to drive results.
