HR Business Partner (Ukraine, remote)

We are looking for an experienced HR BP to join our HR team. 

In this role, you’ll support a unit comprising 140 employees and 23 Leads. Your primary mission will be to empower the management and leadership team, helping them thrive and excel by driving employee engagement, fostering leadership development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Your team includes team leaders with diverse experience levels - some are new to their roles, while others are seasoned professionals seeking a trusted HR partner to guide and collaborate with.
