HR Business Partner for an Industrial Industry business

We are searching for a HR Business Partner to help on a 12-month FTC on a nationwide restructuring project to join an industry leading construction business based in beautiful offices in central Birmingham City Centre! The salary for this role is between £50-55k a year depending on prior experience.This is a role you can make your own and is looking for someone who is confident to take the lead on the restructuring process in this project.The Role

Lead and adopt restructuring activities which would include redundancy, re-deployment, internal move.

Plan and assist meetings with managers and employees which would stem from briefing to formal consultation sessions.

HR support operationally which would include drafting letters, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
