We are seeking a HR Business Partner to support on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in central Birmingham. This roles salary is ranging from £50-55k a year based on prior experience.
This role is looking for someone to take the reins on the restructuring process in this project. Key Responsibilities:
•Spearhead and actively deliver complex, business-critical restructuring programmes, encompassing redundancy processes, redeployment opportunities, and strategic internal role transitions.
• Strategically organise and professionally support a wide range of employee and management meetings, from early-stage communications and briefings through to structured, formal consultation forums.
