Primary Purpose

Align HR strategies with business goals, offering guidance on employee relations, performance, organizational development, and HR processes working closely with leadership to drive business success through effective workforce management.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as HRBP for the business: manage positive employee engagement, lead talent development and retention efforts, provide coaching/counseling to leadership team and associates
• Lead diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Create and implement effective workforce planning.
• Provide the organization with processes that facilitate career planning and succession plan management.
