HR Business Partner

**Your Job**
As HRBP you'll be in charge of a Business Unit collaborating with different areas to ensure the correct execution of the HR strategies related to legality, company culture, headcount, training and compliance.

You will work with diverse areas across the plant creating strategic relations with management staff and other areas.
**What You Will Do**
- Identify employee needs by being present/ hands-on in production floor regularly so you can support all relevant matters or possible conflicts.
- Monitoring of KPI's: rotation, absenteeism, headcount. Ensure absenteeism is reduced and people are hired on time.
- Collaborate with training area, developing strategies with the trainers and analyze effectiveness related to onboarding and trining for new joiners and also the rest of the employees. Ensure the registration of trainings in the internal system
