The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support services to employees within the company. This position fosters employee engagement, addresses employee relations, and drives organizational growth by aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Champions employee engagement initiatives and leads programs to enhance employee relations while ensuring active participation and compliance across designated accounts.
Represents the organization in government-initiated learning programs focused on labor laws and supports their application in the workplace.
Provides expert guidance to line managers to ensure fair and consistent implementation of the company's Code of Conduct, particularly for cases within their area of responsibility.
Develops, proposes, and manages HR programs, ensuring efficient use of allocated budgets.
