Job Description
We are hiring an HR Generalist to handle recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and hands-on experience in government compliance and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle government compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain employee 201 files and HR documentation
Monitor attendance and process payroll
Prepare statutory remittances and BIR Form 2316
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll processing
Detail-oriented with good communication skill
